We are the local association for Mental Health in the London Borough of Hillingdon

We are a group of people, users and ex-users of Mental Health Services, professionals and interested individuals, who share a common concern about the unmet needs of mentally or emotionally distressed people in our community.

We are affiliated to National Mind (The National Association for Mental Health).

Our Mental Health Handbook is for users of mental health services & their carers, family and friends. It is also useful to GPs, professionals & referral agencies.

The handbook covers a wide range of mental health problems from serious mental ilness to anxiety and stress.
